Hello

I'm Josh. At age 14, I was a volunteer firefighter in Northern California.
I was professionally trained to fight wild fires by the U.S. Forest Service, and even fought a few fires.  I have spent the past 25 years as a General Contractor helping people build their dream homes. Unfortunately, many of these dreams are being crushed by wildfires. Having personally witnessed the aftermath of devastating fires on the West Coast, I decided to do something about it. I believe that local communities must be empowered to take action for themselves. It is an unfortunate reality that there is a lack of proactive measures taken by our leaders, and a lack of post-incident relief from the government.  My hope is that high fire-risk communities can sleep more peacfeully knowing that their homes are hardened against the elements.
